A Reiki session is a relaxing experience which stimulates your body’s natural healing abilities. It removes blockages to help the flow of energy in a similar way to acupuncture. Cancellation Policy:
If your booking is cancelled or changed within a 24 hr timeframe of your appointment, please be aware that you may be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
If this happens more then once a 50% deposit will be required for each appointment at the time of booking and kept if the person does not show up for the appointment.
Pay What You Want:
If you cancel your PWYW booking within 24hrs of your appointment time, you may no longer be eligible for this special offer.
Failure to attend appointments:
Free consultations- If a Free consultation was booked at had not taken place the Practitioner reserves the right to decline the offer of a new Free consultation.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are given for services which have already been provided.
Under special circumstances such as medical conditions and death a refund may be provided for your pre-purchased sessions. All pre-purchased sessions are valid for 12 months.
The Transformed Mind does not offer any guarantees of effect for any services as it varies for each individual and is highly dependent on the persons believes, culture, input and ability.
We always thrive to assess each individual beforehand to offer optimal and individualised services to suit. At times, our service may not be suitable which will be explained with full disclosure.
At any given time the Practitioner reveres the right to refuse any service requested if misconduct in physical and/ or verbal nature is presented towards The Transformed Mind and/ or Practitioner. No refunds will be given if misconduct leads to cancellation of session by the practitioner if the occurrence has taken place within 24 hrs of or during the appointment.
